Q. How do I shop?
Links to the various product categories are located on the left side of the page. Click to go to any of the categories listed to the see the available products. Click the Add to Cart button next to each item you wish to purchase. This will take you to your Shopping Cart. If you wish to order more than one of a particular product, simply change the number in the QTY (Quantity) column and click on the Update Cart button. If you wish to add more items to your order, click the Continue Shopping button. Once you have finished shopping, click on the Secure Checkout button and follow the instructions on that page to finalize your order.
Q. What currency am I billed in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Q. Where are my orders shipped from?
The majority of orders are shipped from Alberta.
Q. Can orders be shipped to the United States?
Additional shipping charges will apply to orders shipped to the U.S. or other countries. Orders to the U.S. will also be subject to a 10% handling charge to cover extra costs of submissions to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Q. Do I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive an email from Pay Pal advising the amount paid to Canada Grocer. You will also receive an email confirmation advising that your order has been received by Canada Grocer.
Q. How long will order take to arrive?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 7 business days after the order is received (subject to product availability and volume of business). All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Please allow up to 8 business days after shipping for delivery. All orders are shipped by ground unless Express or Overnight delivery is requested. U.P.S. Standard Service with a normal 3 day delivery standard is also available on request. If U.P.S. charges exceed the amount billed, you will be billed online prior to shipment.
Q. Is your site secure?
Yes! We use PayPal to ensure that your funds are safe.
Q. Can I pay by cheque?
Yes! PayPal offers an Echeck option for online payments.
Q. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Your order may be cancelled at any time. The money is returned to your credit card or a refund is made in the manner payment is received.
However, since we personally shop for your items, we reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee if the order is not cancelled within 48 hours after submission.
Q. What is your return policy?
Due to health regulations food items cannot be returned. If we have made an error, we will issue a refund.

We will be pleased to attempt to fill your request. Please email with your request.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. No, there is no minimum order. A $5.00 handling charge is added to all orders.
